tony blair is coming to our campus today! it's supposed to be a hush-hush visit, but the place is crawling with security, looking very inconspicuous in flourescent yellow vests. very... stealthy.

he's actually going to be at the conference centre, where i work, for at a meeting for members of the labour party. but i'm not working today. i missed out! i think it's unfair. i mean, i worked during other functions when some apparently famous british sports people were there, but i didn't know who the hell they were, so i didn't care, but now a REALLY famous person is there and i'm not working....!!!!!!!!!

such is life.

i traded serving tony blair and his cronies food for staying in and studying international finance. better in the long run?

but damnit, if i had known earlier, i would have asked to work!!!

in other news, i stayed in an apt rented by my friend laura's aunt over the new years. we knew that a single mother and her kid lived there usually, they just rented out the place cuz they were on holiday. subletting it, in a way. after me and other friends had left, laura and tim found a couple of tokens with the words 'spearmint rhino' on them. and then found some photos of the mother in 'playboy' style poses with her measurements printed on the back. so now they think the mother is a stripper.

we stayed in a stripper's apartment over the new years!!!!!!!!!!
