let's see, what have i been doing?

i went to see 'the bravery'- an american band, last sunday, randomly and spontaneously!
at 5.20pm an old schoolmate of mine from hong kong, who's studying in nottingham as well, msged me and asked if i wanted to see them, he had 3 spare tickets.
at 5.30pm i went down to dinner [yes they feed us at 5-6pm during weekends]. i asked my red-headed friend from liverpool if he wanted to go- resounding yes. asked emma, pres of our college, if she wanted to go- resounding yes. sorted!
5.45pm: call nick to report back, arrange where to meet.
6pm- me and scouse took a much-needed trip to the cash machine.
7.10pm: emma drove us into town, met up with nick, went for a drink to avoid the ridiculous line.
8.30pm: caught the second opening act, a band called 'the paddingtons', and at 10pm 'the bravery' came on, it was awesome, i was somewhat distracted by people crowd-surfing to the front, then being pulled from the crowd and being man-handled by ENORMOUS security guards, and being forcefully evicted from the venue, escorted out like criminals.

and i also went to see harry potter on wed, it was good! then i went out for dinner at an italian restaurant [gasp- real food!], then we went to a muay-thai social- where my left eye hurt and kept tearing, until i decided at the second bar we went to that i was going to take it out. so then i went around half-blind.

and now i am going to stop rambling and do something more productive. like.... not rambling.
