me and charissa have noticed a phenomenon.

it's called 'short asian girls on exchange in western countries are not attractive to boys'.

we go out, no one hits on us. we go out to parties, and notice a 2-metre guy-less radius around us. beyond the barren wasteland of the radius, there are couples humping everywhere. hell, there are people humping THINGS. as in, inanimate objects. but are there guys talking to us? nope.

charissa goes out dressed in a french maid costume.
nothing.
i go out as a slutty elf.
nothing.

on msn we speculated. is it because we look too childish, and we are surrounded by boys who aren't paedophiles? but that can't be. we have.... physical attributes. is it because they sense that we are not up for drunken make-out sessions and random sex? probably.

now not to say that we want people to hump us. that is indeed unpleasant. but we don't get any attention at all. all we want is for guys to pay us attention so we can feel attractive, damnit!

charissa's friend says that it's a compliment that people don't hit on us because we look chaste and they don't view us as sex objects.
that's good.
but does that mean they don't find us attractive at all?

when we go out my friends keep getting guys hitting on them. so many guys hit on my friend that i'm surprised she isn't black and blue all over.
my skin is still alabaster white. not even some mild swelling.

which leads us to the conclusion that we need to go back to australia, where there are guys with asian fetishes.
